All webinar registration payments are non-refundable once the registration is completed. Please ensure you are available at the scheduled time before registering.
The assessment slot booking amount is non-refundable. However, in genuine cases, users may request a one-time rescheduling subject to slot availability and team confirmation.
Users may request cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Refund approval will be subject to review by our support team. Requests made within 24 hours of the session may not be eligible for a refund.
Offline counselling session payments are non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed. Rescheduling requests may be considered in special circumstances at the discretion of our team.
In case of a duplicate payment or a failed transaction where money is deducted but service is not confirmed, users may contact our support team within 7 working days of the transaction. We will review and process the resolution at the earliest.
